The conditions of sale are applied exclusively to present and future business relations between the company Mon Bon Chien INC, French branch of this company located at 12 rue Mademoiselle 75015 Paris, registered at the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under the number RCS Paris B 478 624 687 hereafter called "www.Mon-Bon-Chien-Paris.com" – Mon Bon Chien and www.Mon-Bon-Chien-Paris.com are the registered trademarks - and the person placing the order via the Internet site of "www.Mon-Bon-Chien-Paris.com" hereafter called " the buyer ".


Object
Purchases via the Internet site of "www.Mon-Bon-Chien-Paris.com", are included in the scope of a contract of sales at a distance on approval, governed by the articles of Law L 121-6 a L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, as by the present general terms of sale.

These products also consist of fresh products such as baked goods for dogs, which will be sent at the latest in the three days after they are baked to order. Price list

Geographical areas

In case the Postal service refuses to accept the package for delivery, the client will have the right to request reimbursement of his purchase.

Deliveries will be handled exclusively by the French Postal Service via its international commercial service, according to their terms and conditions, including financial .

The company cannot be held responsible in any way for interdictions, limitations or constraints that can exist concerning the importation of fresh products having a date of limitation period in each of the countries mentioned on the list.


Orders
In order to avoid unreliable orders, the client will be issued a Client ID number for the first order. This Client ID number should be used for each order.

The client accepts to protect this Client ID number and never give it to anyone, except to persons that he guarantees for; the client should immediately indicate by writing all loss or fraudulent use so as to clear his responsibility.

Each client can only have one Client ID number, which is always linked to a precise billing address; on the other hand www.Mon-Bon-Chien-Paris.com can deliver another Client ID number for another address.

Consequently, the client who wishes to buy a product or a service is required to :
- fill out the ID form indicating all the requested contact information and thus obtain an Identity which will be the client number, or give his client number if he has one;
- fill out the order form on line by giving all the references of the products or services chosen;
- validate the order after having verified it;
- make the payment in the foreseen conditions;
- confirm the order and its payment.

By confirming your order, the buyer accepts all the present conditions of sale,

Minors are not allowed to contract to place orders. Accordingly, no client number will be given to them.

For technical reasons, the sum of each order taken should be between 15 € minimum and 300 € maximum. This maximum limit only applies to perishable products; these limits do not apply to orders by professionals for retail reselling.

www.Mon-Bon-Chien-Paris.com reserves the right to cancel all orders from a client with which it would have a lawsuit relative to the payment of a previous order.

In case of default of payment of the merchandise, the costs of service or of all violation of the client’s obligations, www.Mon-Bon-Chien-Paris.com immediately has the right to suspend the validity of its client identity number.


Retraction
The buyers, non-professional physical persons and French residents, benefit from a delay of retraction of seven days counting from the delivery date of their order, to return without giving a reason, the non-perishable product to the seller for an exchange or reimbursement without penalty. Return costs will be at the buyer’s expense.

These arrangements do not apply to the purchase and delivery of perishable products, due to the specific nature of such products. The product should be in its original packaging, in good condition, and accompanied by all possible accessories.

Concerning hygiene and care products, the client’s right of return can only be exercised on products that are intact, which means unopened and untested.
The buyer must provide proof that he has presented this request for retraction in the delays and with the necessary procedures to benefit from this arrangement.


Payment Methods
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. Secure payment online will be carried out by PayPal; they will be made by means of their secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, so that the transmitted information is software encrypted and no third party can read it while being sent on the network.

Upon the buyer’s express request, a bill in French will be sent to him with all taxes included.


Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be in the agreed geographic zones. Buyers assume all risks from the date on which the products ordered have left the premises of Mon Bon Chien INC.

Delivery delays are given for information only; if this exceeds thirty days from the order date, the sales contract of the non-perishable products can be cancelled and the buyer reimbursed.

Unless otherwise stipulated, the Client commits to being present at his place of residence to receive the products ordered at the place and date chosen, as well as the time slot foreseen and accepted.

The Client promises to sign the delivery slip presented by the delivery person and to indicate the number of packages received.

In case the Client is absent, and after the delivery person has left a notice of passage, the order will be considered as carried out and delivered.

The Client should thus go before 7 p.m. local time, the day of delivery, to the POSTAL agency or its correspondent, whose address appears on the delivery notice, due to the perishable nature of the foodstuff.

All complaints regarding the delivery, and only concerning fresh products, should be made within a delay of 48 (forty-eight) hours.

In case of stock shortage, www.Mon-Bon-Chien-Paris.com will contact the client, in the 6 (six) working days starting from when the confirmation email is sent , to propose to him, that which the client already accepts, either a new delay of reception of the product, either a replacement product, or the cancellation of the order.

In any case, the sale will only be considered as definitive after www.Mon-Bon-Chien-Paris.com has sent the order confirmation to the client and the company has received payment of the entire price or the sum due.

Guarantee
In case of non-conformity of a non-perishable product sold, it can be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it. The product should be in its original packaging, as it was when it was sent. Concerning hygiene products, the client’s right of return can only be valid with intact products, that is unopened and untested. It’s the client’s responsibility to give the reasons for this nonconformity and to provide supporting elements.

All complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement should
be sent by registered post to the following address: Mon Bon Chien 12 rue Mademoiselle 75015 Paris and mailed within ten (10) days from reception of the order.

The seller will issue an on-line store credit for the actual cost of the product minus all shipping and handling charges in the most practical and secure way. In no case can the seller be liable for any sum in addition to the said reimbursement and no matter the amount of the bank charges, exchange rate losses, and the outlay that this regulation can generate.


Responsibility
The seller, in the process of online sales, is only held by an obligation of means; his responsibility cannot be engaged for a damage resulting from use of the Internet network, such as loss of data, interference, viruses, disruption of service, or other involuntary problems.

Filing - Proof
